Technical Skills: CRM basics (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
Traits: Resilient, persuasive, target-driven, adaptable.
Shift Flexibility: Willing to work evenings/nights for international markets.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,20,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,20,000 /year
